16/8/2025 – Hungary missed an early penalty as both teams stayed goalless for the first two minutes. Chinese Taipei broke the deadlock with a fast break 1-0, then added a cut-in 2-0. Hungary quickly answered 2-1, but Chinese Taipei restored their two-goal lead 3-1. Hungary struck back with a medium shot 3-2, before Chinese Taipei finished the quarter ahead 4-2.

Hungary opened the second quarter with a fast break 4-3 and later converted a penalty to level 4-4 with three minutes to play. Chinese Taipei responded with a long shot 6-4, then added a medium shot in the closing stages to secure the win 7-4.
