11/8/2025 – The Netherlands burst into action with three quick goals in the first three minutes. Czechia responded with a goal to stay in the game at 3-1 with six minutes left in the first quarter. The Dutch extended their lead to 5-1, but Czechia struck back to make it 5-3 with four minutes to play. Despite Czechia’s defensive effort, the Netherlands dominated the rebounds. A missed Czechia penalty meant they couldn’t close the gap, ending the quarter at 9-3.

Czechia opened the second quarter with a long-range goal, closing to 10-4 with seven minutes remaining. The Netherlands quickly regained control, pushing the score to 12-4. Czechia answered again, 12-5, with five minutes left, but the Dutch attack kept flowing. By halftime, the Netherlands were firmly in control, leading 17-6.

Three minutes into the third quarter, the Dutch were unstoppable, stretching the score to 22-6. Czechia added three more goals, but the quarter closed at 30-9.

The final quarter saw no major shifts, but Czechia gave their fans a final cheer when František (27) sank a long buzzer-beater. The Netherlands sealed a commanding 39-13 victory.
