The IKF Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will take place on Saturday, 14 February 2026, starting at 10:00 CET.
The meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams.
Participation in the EGM is open to IKF Members and invited guests and is subject to prior registration and credential verification.
Registration
All participants must register in advance using the online registration form.
Registration deadline: 1 February 2026
Only participants whose registration and documentation have been validated will receive access to the meeting.
Delegations and Voting
Each member Organisation may be represented by up to three delegates, including a designated Head of Delegation.
Voting rights are allocated per member in line with the IKF Statutes and may only be exercised by the Head of Delegation using the online voting system during the meeting.
Associate Members do not have voting rights.
Details on voting rights, proxy votes and procedures will be shared with validated Heads of Delegation ahead of the meeting.
