NILAI, Malaysia – 12 August 2026 – The Netherlands U21 made a powerful start to the second group phase of the IKF U21 World Korfball Championship 2026, cruising to a 30–3 victory over Germany at the N9 Arena.

The Dutch once again demonstrated the attacking quality and defensive intensity that have marked their campaign in Malaysia. From the opening exchanges, the Netherlands controlled possession, created a steady flow of chances and kept Germany under sustained pressure.

Germany battled hard and showed determination throughout, but found it difficult to break through a disciplined Dutch defence. The Netherlands steadily extended their advantage and maintained their high tempo until the final whistle.
