IKF Europa Cup 2017 1st Round West

The IKF Europa Cup 1st Round West will take place in Wales in the city of Cardiff.
The dates are Saturday 24 - Sunday 25 September 2016. The first match starts Saturday 0900 AM Cardiff time (GMT +1; British summer time).
Venue for Saturday 24 September is: House of Sport Cardiff, Clos Parc Morgannwg, Cardiff CF11 8AW.

Related to the total number of participants - eight (8) - in the IKF ECup 2017 first round the IKF Competitions Committee decided to organize one first round event in Cardiff, Wales.

IKF ECup 1st round Event Rules:
- All matches 2 * 15 minutes Real Playing Time (RPT)
- Half time shall be 4 minutes.
- Each team will be allowed one (1) time out which can be requested at any time when play is stopped
- Each team will be allowed a maximum of 6 (reversible) substitutions
- If scores are level after the end of normal time a “Golden Goal” period of extra time shall be played with a maximum length of 5 minutes RPT.
- If there is no winner after the “Golden Goal” period, then the match shall be determined by penalties with all eight players from the end of the “Golden Goal” period taking penalties.
