Korfball News from Australia
Australia has its own korfball newsletter. The May issue of Korfball Australia News contains information about youth development and the U16 National Camp program.
This next month is very special. The U16 National Camp in Melbourne at the time of the Nationals gives us one way to show our commitment to development. At the same time we expect the first awards to be made for the new Korfball Youth Leader Award where we have some shining lights of youth who have demonstrated their capacity to lead having developed the knowledge, skills and experience required for leadership at the three levels of the award. Later, in June and July, we will have the International Korfball Promotion Tour composed of top European players, coaches and referees here to make a professional contribution to our youth development.
